Awesome prices, super simple to navigate, fast processing and delivery 👍 I've purchased a bunch of albums from uphotogifts and plan to keep it up.

I've been using this company for their A4 hardback photo books for a few years, and I’m always happy with what I get. The editing tool is user-friendly and adaptable. Their deals are really good, and the books show up on time. Ideal for presents and cherished moments. Definitely recommend!

Consistently, a high-quality service is delivered. The instructions are simple to understand, and it's a great deal, particularly when you have a voucher to use.

I created my first photobook with Uphotogifts back in February, and it turned out great with a solid turnaround of two weeks. Lately, though, they’ve been facing some serious issues, which they attributed to switching printers. I placed an order for three new photobooks in May, and right off the bat, there were significant delays. It took over a month for the first book to arrive, and that was only after I sent them multiple emails to check on the status. When the books finally showed up, all three were printed way too dark. I had reused some photos from the February book, and they were also way too dark this time, even though they looked fine in the earlier print.

The company acknowledged that the printed photos were too dark and promised to send replacements. I did eventually receive the new ones, but it took about a month and a lot of follow-up emails. To make matters worse, the replacement photobooks were printed way too light.

I've decided to throw in the towel, as they clearly have ongoing issues with their printing, and it’s super frustrating. Just to note, I’m a professional photographer, and I prepared the images for the book very carefully in Photoshop. Uphotogifts clearly has the capability to do things right, as shown by the original photobook they made for me in February. They were polite and helpful while addressing the issues, but sadly, they just can’t seem to get it right at the moment. Maybe things will improve once they resolve their 'printing problems.'

Gorgeous photo album. Nicely arranged with everything intact. Colors are vibrant and sharp. It took some time to get here because of the promotion, but the support from the team was top-notch. The gift box cost a bit at £9.99. I've worked with them previously and would surely rely on them for any upcoming projects.

I've been using hardback photobooks for quite a while, but this is my first go at an A4 softback version, and let me tell ya, it's a real treat for casually capturing memories.
